I am excited to announce my 2012 cooking classes!

This year, I will be holding classes on both Wednesday and Thursday nights to better fit your schedules and lifestyles.
There is a maximum of 13 spaces so classes will be intimate in nature with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Each class offers a relaxing place to grow and gain a better understanding of the art of food. I use only the best ingredients available: farm-fresh, local, natural, organic, and imported. Come hungry, prepared to learn, and to also have a good time.
The 2012 Cooking Schedule is looking great! This year, part of my focus will be on combining being a better chef with understanding one’s self. This means we’ll be identifying spices blindfolded, as well as preparing food to release stress and regret. This is one season of cooking classes you won’t want to miss!
